In terms of comprehensive utilization of resources, the comprehensive utilization rate of general industrial solid waste will reach 55.4% in 2020, and the amount of recycled resources will be about 380 million tons.

In cultivating new engines of green development, since 2012, the compound annual growth rate of the total output value of the environmental protection equipment manufacturing industry has exceeded 10%.

Xin Guobin introduced that in the past decade, focusing on energy conservation, carbon reduction, and green transformation in the industrial field, he has focused on the following aspects of work:

First, implement the green manufacturing project. We will solidly promote the construction of a green manufacturing policy and standard system, and create a group of green factories, green industrial parks, and green supply chain management enterprises.
