Landsky has an experienced screening design and development team, advanced processing and manufacturing technology and processing equipment, the products can be customized according to the materials and working conditions provided by each user, minimize installation costs, and meet the actual needs of customers.

01.  Use advanced finite element analysis to maximize equipment life;

02.  In the design process, carry out modal analysis on product structure design, stiffness and strength calculation, material selection, etc. through CAE numerical analysis method and 3D modeling software;

03.  Perform force simulation analysis on key components such as the main beam of the exciter and screen box, and establish a mathematical model to ensure the scientificity and reliability of the product structure;

04.  Optimize the key components such as the cross beam under the screen and the feeding back plate, strengthen the protection level and improve the bearing capacity.

Manufacturing

Landsky has advanced product manufacturing technology and perfect quality management system. During the manufacturing process of screening machine, from careful material selection, to cutting, fitting up, welding, machining, annealing, surface treatment, painting, assembly and testing, all the process is strictly carried out in accordance with the group standards drafted by the company. And carry out quality control in the whole process and product life cycle.

Before leaving the factory, we conduct a 24-hour no-load test on each screening machine. In strict accordance with the screening machine inspection standards, the quality inspectors use special instruments to test the static and dynamic performance of the screening machine. After the test is completed, the results are handed over to the technicians for judgment. After the screening machine is qualified, it is allowed to leave the factory.
