Flip-flow screen
Flip-flow screen is a new type of screening machine developed in the early 1960s. It is mainly used for dry and high-efficiency screening of fine, wet and sticky materials that are difficult to screen. According to the layout of the screen surface, it can be divided into single layer flip-flow screen (LKFS series), double-layer flip-flow screen (2LKFD series), and double-layer flip-flow screen (2LKFS) with the upper fixed screen plate matched with the lower flip-flow screen (2LKFS).

TECHNICAL FEATURES
The LKFS series flip-flow screen developed by Landsky is an technological innovationwhich uses a two-mass two-degree-of-freedom approximate linear forced vibration system with damping. The operating point is between the anti-resonance point and the second resonance frequency. In this region, the system can obtain a large amplitude with a small excitation force. It has the advantages of light weight, adjustable amplitude and easy enlargement.
(1) The excitation intensity can reach more than 50G;
(2) The floating screen frame adopts a combined structure of multiple shear springs, and the amplitude adjustment is realized by the change of the number of springs;
(3) The elastic deformation of the polyurethane screen has the function of self-cleaning screen holes, which can effectively solve the problem of hole blocking of fine-grained materials;
(4) The screen mounting rail seat adopts the side horn shaped design to protect the side plate and prevent side leakage of coarse size;
(5) The Landsky cloud intelligent monitoring system can be used to realize the intelligent management and control of the screening machine;
(6) The screen surface can be divided into three specifications: single-layer flo-flow screen mesh, double-layer flip-flow screen mesh and upper-layer fixed sieve plate matched with lower-layer flip-flow screen mesh.
