Equal thickness screen (banana screen)
The equal-thickness screen, also known as the banana screen, adopts the principle of equal-thickness screening proposed by Boerstrein(France). The screen surface adopts the design method of multiple sections with different inclination angles. It is mainly used in raw coal grading, desliming, de-intermediation, crushing and screening in metal mines, sand aggregates and other industries. It is favored by the majority of users due to its large processing capacity, high screening efficiency and stable performance.
Flip-flow screen is a new type of screening machine developed in the early 1960s. It is mainly used for dry and high-efficiency screening of fine, wet and sticky materials that are difficult to screen. According to the layout of the screen surface, it can be divided into single layer flip-flow screen (LKFS series), double-layer flip-flow screen (2LKFD series), and double-layer flip-flow screen (2LKFS) with the upper fixed screen plate matched with the lower flip-flow screen (2LKFS).
