TECHNICAL FEATURES

1.The vibration of screen is composite by the whole machine linear vibration and electromagnetic vibration screen;
2.With a high frequency(50Hz) and a strong intensity reaches 8～10g, which is 2～3 times of the vibration intensity of the common vibrating screen, electromagnetic vibration screen makes the fine-grained material passing through the deck easily, and the screening efficiency is high.
3.With a vibrating amplitude 2-3mm, the frequency of 16Hz, and a throwing force, the linear vibration facilitates an easy loosening and conveying of the material.
4.The screen media can be anti-blocking and wear-resistant polyurethane screen or stainless steel wire composite screen, with strong self-cleaning ability.
5.The screen installation angle can be easily adjusted at any time to meet the different feed properties and screening operations.
6.The screen’s vibrating parameters are centralized control by computer, which is convenient and adjustable.
7.Realize closed-type operation and reduce environmental pollution.
