Beneficiation plant of Luohe Iron Mine, had an annual handling capacity of 3 million tons raw ore. and a three-stage, one closed circuit classification designed in crushing section. A double-deck 2460 circular vibrating screen was used after tertiary crushing as a part of closed-circuit classification. However, the problems were gradually stand out during the operation, such as low capacity, high failure rate and rising maintenance costs. To improve the performance, 2LKBB2461 was used to replace the circular vibrating screen, it successfully increased handling capacity 50% approximately, stably running with efficiency over 90%.
