Anshan Iron and Steel Group Corporation, Dagushan Pelletizing Plant, with an annual processing capacity of 9 million tons of raw ore. Stage grinding, single magnetic separation, and regrinding after fine screening are applied as their technological processing. 20 sets of 2FMVS2020 composite vibrating screens are used in the primary fine screening, 15 sets of 2FMVS2020 composite vibrating screens and 5 sets of MVS series electromagnetic screens are used in the secondary fine screening. The screening quality efficiency has reached more than 60%, which is increased 20% compared with the previous efficiency. Also the system circulation load was reduced. After installation of fine screens, the annual production cost was reduced by more than 3 million CNY, due to a 400-kilowatt tertiary ball mill was no longer used.
