Sijiaying Iron Mine is located 10KM south of Luan County, Tangshan City, Hebei Province. It is a part of the Jidong ore vein. The total reserves of ore resources are 2.348 billion tons. It is one of the three major iron ore areas in China and ranks second in Asia.

A single deck flip-flow screen, model LKFS3061 from Landsky was used to replace the double deck circular vibration screen 2YA3061 in Sijiaying iron ore processing plant, which is a key plant of HBIS Group Co., Ltd.. The undersize of LKFS3061 is fed to preconcentration magnetic separator, its concentrate and the oversize are fed to primary grinding, the tails of magnetic separator are fed into the tailings hydrocyclones. The average efficiency of LKFS3061 is 98.49%, which is 36.4% higher than the circular vibrating screen. The operation is stable, and the amounts of tailings discarding of the preconcentration magnetic separator is about 30% after application, the grinding grade is improving by 3.96%, and all indexes remained well.
