A large-scale double deck flip flow screen, Landsky LKFD43120, which was installed in mine of Sichuan Panzhihua MiyiDida mining Co., Ltd, is used for dry classification after HPGR, the aperture of upper deck is 6mm mixed with 8mm, and 3mm mixed with 4mm in the lower deck. The feeding rate of LKFD43120 is about 1200T/h, and the output of undersize is around 550T/h. The equipment has been running smoothly all long, which obtains user’s consistent high praise.
