Shougang Mining Qian'an Shoukuang Building Materials Co., Ltd. aims to promote the comprehensive utilization of resources and the development of the industry, practice and implement the main responsibility of the governance of mine’s ecological environment. Relying on the solid waste resources of the dumping site in Peizhuang mining area after Dashihe Iron Mine established; a resource comprehensive utilization production line which produce slag and sand for construction has been set up; it can processing 7 million tons reclaimed soil annually. It was completed and put into production in December 2019. Due to the complex raw material characteristics of reclaimed soil, the technological process for sand making combine the dry method and wet method lump fed to the dry method production line, which is produced by three-stage, one-closed-circuit crushing and screening + vertical shaft sand making process., the materials with small particles and large powder content enter the wet method production line for screening and recycling.

Source of Material: The undersize of the banana screen is -12mm. After crushing, it contains powdery material, accounting for ≤20%.
