Shougang Mining Qian'an Shoukuang Building Materials Co., Ltd. aims to promote the development of the industry of comprehensive utilization of resources, take the main responsibility of the governance of mine’s ecological environment. Relying on the solid waste resources of the dumping site in Peizhuang mining area since Dashihe Iron Mine established; a resource comprehensive utilization production line which produce slag and sand for construction has been set up; it can process 7 million tons reclaimed soil annually. It was completed and put into production in December 2019. Due to the complex material characteristics of reclaimed soil, the technological process for sand making combine the dry method and wet method. The lumps fed to the dry method production line, which is produced by three-stage, one-closed-circuit crushing and screening, plus vertical shaft sand making process, the materials with small particles and large powder content enter into the wet method production line for screening and recycling.

Material source: Soil pre-removal and pulp the undersize of the flip-flow screen 3090, and then be screened by wet method separation to get the finished aggregate.
The following steps: The output of medium gravels and fine gravels；-5mm products enters the magnetic separation to recover the iron concentrate and washed to reclaim.
