Affiliated to Kailuan Group Fangezhuang Mining Branch, Fangezhuang Coal preparation Plant is a mining-type coking coal preparation Plant. It was put into production in 1984 with annual process of 5 million tons of raw coal. The raw coal is fed to a grading desliming screen (13-0.3mm), and +13mm are sorted to lump clean coal, lump middling coal and lump gangue via the vertical wheel separator, the raw coal smaller than 13mm are separated by the pressure-free three-product cyclone, and the fine clean coal, fine middling coal and the fine gangue are sorted at one time; the clean coal magnetic tails after the coarse slime recovered, mixed with the magnetic tail of middling and gangue then fed to flotation, and the flotation clean coal and flotation tailing are separated. The lump, fine and flotation clean coal are mixed together as final clean coal.

 

The coarse slime was recovered from concentrate magnetic tail by combination of hydro-cyclone cluster and vibrating sieve bend. Due to the low efficiency of the sieve bend, the poor effect of desliming and ash reduction brings a heavy burden to the floatation and filtering. In order to improve the effects of coarse slime recycling, the quality of fine coal, and reducing production costs, it was necessary to upgrade the original process, the high -frequency multi-stack screen D5Z1021 is recommended to replace the original sieve bend. The high frequency D5Z1021 keeps running stable since put into operation, the ash content of the coarse slime is reduced, the recovery rate of the coarse slime is improved, the capacity pressure of flotation and the consumption of flotation.
